Lyaize is committed to providing personalized and professional service to each of our clients. We have an experienced team who are dedicated to maximizing your rental income and minimizing your stress as a property owner. Unlike many other co-hosts, we are also professional property managers and have been held to a higher standard in order to maintain proper licensing. We have over 15 years of experience in the Vacation Rental Business, and are not hobbyists. Our tech stack is 2nd to none, providing you with the best resources available for seamless hosting and providing us with the data necessary to price your property and set minimum stays to parameters that will maximize your income.
Owners are paid for each reservation directly into their bank accounts from the payment processing company or the OTA Channel's payout system. So, you are always in control of your money. Lyaize will send a weekly statement for services following guest departure
There is no minimum contract term. You can leave whenever you wish. We simply ask that you honor any bookings that were reserved at the time of cancellation and that you pay us any money we earned for those bookings. If you are on a plan that includes guest communication, you can decide if you would like to keep the communication with us for existing bookings or if you would like to handle that a different way.
No, you own your listings, and can "take them with you" if you decide to leave.
It is your property, so you are always in control! We will optimize your pricing and minimum stays based upon data and our 15 years of experience in the Vacation Rental business. We are happy to discuss pricing with you and will always defer to your decisions regarding your property.
You are free to use any cleaners, maintenance vendors, or other service providers that you choose. If you don't know who to use, we have created a helpful guide to assist you with finding qualified professional services, and we can also reach out to our extensive network to find recommendations in your area.
We will provide you with a comprehensive onboarding package that includes questions about your preferred policies and procedures as well as pertinent information about your property and your market area. Our staff are highly experienced with following customized instructions and will enforce any rules you may set. If there is ever a guest question they cannot answer, they will do their best to find the correct information or will reach out to you for guidance. You may also provide a list of FAQs that is relevant to your property and wishes to be stored in our software's communication module with suggested answers to specific questions.
Our experience with answering services is that they are unable to provide the level of guest services necessary to maintain great reviews. That is why we train and use our own staff to provide 24/7 guest services. We only hire staff with significant industry experience, and most of our employees have been with us for several years, so they know how we do things. We also never allow inexperienced new staff members to work without supervision from veteran staff members. Staff are trained to quickly and effectively respond to issues and to find resolution anytime something comes up.
